CODECO proposes an open, cognitive toolkit and smart Apps, integrating the elastic and advanced concepts to manage, in a smart and flexible way, containerized applications across Edge and Cloud (dynamic cluster and multi-cluster environment, as well as a developer-oriented open-source software repository, to be available in an early stage of the project) thus allowing for early exploitation of initial, advanced results and a better adaptation throughout the project lifetime with training tools, to support the development of services based on the CODECO framework.
Atos will bring his knowledge on the Cloud-Edge orchestration (deployment and optimization of the workload).
The project is full aligned with the Atos research and development roadmap to implement innovative software components to improve the management of the edge cloud compute continuum as well as the vertical software application will run on it.
